Children's Ministry

The children’s ministries are an integral part of Florence Baptist Church. We believe that we must work hard to reach the next generations for the Lord Jesus Christ. We have developed an exciting, yet biblical way to reach little ones with the Word of God. Here are some of the different areas in which they learn about the Saviour:
• Nursery (infants and toddler age)
• Family Bible Time (for all ages)
• Junior Church (2nd – 6th grade)
• Wednesday Night Kids Club (4y – 5th grade)
• Bus Ministry
Youth Ministry

The Youth Ministry of Florence Baptist church is anything but average. Start with a foundation of Bible preaching, add a dash of crazy; and you get a vibrant, exciting group to be a part of. With regular activities and a great class – this is a place where young people are being challenged to live for God while always having something fun to do.
• Teen Family Bible Time Class (7th – 12th grades)
• Wednesday Night Teen Time (5th – 12th grades)
• Scheduled Youth Activities every Friday night (5th – 12th grades)
• Youth Camp (5th – 12th grades)

Music Ministry
"Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord." ~ Colossians 3:16
The Music Ministry plays a great part in the services at Florence Baptist Church. We have a lively old-fashioned song service with great hymns of the past and an active choir.
World Missions
"And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature." ~ Mark 16:15
Florence Baptist Church is a missions-minded church. We greatly desire to see the gospel spread to every corner of the world, and believe in supporting those who answer God’s call.
